I highly recommend John De Toro and Marina Kasyanik (The Prestige Group) for all your real estate needs. They are professional, dedicated, extremely knowledgeable with the real estate market and current trends as well as personable and very easy to work with. John and Marina were always available to answer any questions or concerns I had and provided insightful and honest guidance from day one. They genuinely cared about finding me the property that I wanted. It was also so nice viewing properties with them both, as their general contractor knowledge/background helped identify potential issues or benefits in the property. In addition, they provided an immediate estimate for repairs and improvements, which helped me determine a proper market value for the property. This was truly a huge bon...

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but the exceptional service and lasting results I have received working with John and Marina truly warrant it. I can confidently say that working with them was one of the best financial decisions I have made. Not only did they navigate the purchase process flawlessly but their insight, guidance have continued to pay dividends. Post acquisition I have successfully rented out my house, generating remarkably high income, on top of that the property has increased in value. John and Marina don’t just sell houses: they truly empower you to make savvy investments. Our experience with Marina Kasyanik and John De Toro was exceptional. I have worked with several great real estate agents, and Marina and John embody the best qualities of them all—responsiveness, dedication, deep market knowledge, and excellent staging. Beyond their real estate expertise, Marina and John offer a unique advantage by combining their experience as agents with general contractor knowledge. At showings, they immediately identify potential issues or benefits in a property—often more effectively than many home inspectors. Additionally, they can provide on-the-spot estimates for repairs and improvements, which saves valuable time and instills confidence in the decision-making process. Thank you, Marina and John, for helping us find a wonderful home and for all the invaluable assistance you provided!

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Marina both to buy our dream home and to sell our condo, and I can confidently say she is one of the best real estate agents out there! From the very beginning, Marina demonstrated a deep understanding of the market, provided honest advice, and guided me through every step of the process with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. She was always responsive, detail-oriented, and fought to get the best results — both in negotiations and in strategy. When buying our house, she made the entire process smooth and even enjoyable, helping us find exactly what we were looking for. And when it came to selling our condo, her marketing skills and staging recommendations were spot-on — we sold quickly and for a great price. Marina truly goes above and beyond for her clients, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thank you, Marina, for everything!
